INSIGHT CERTIFIEDSALES AGREEMENT This Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date customer completes checkout on Currents' platform and between Currents Marketplace Inc. ("Currents"), a Delaware corporation with its principal address at PO Box 330185, 1640 Stockton St, San Francisco, CA94133, and the undersigned customer.

‍1. Subscription and Purchase 
Customer agrees to subscribe to Insight Certified which includes a hardware bundle ("Hardware Bundle"), which includes the xOBD-200, xVT, and ruggedized tablet ("HardwareProducts"), for use in connection with Currents’ platform ("CurrentsPlatform").

2. Pricing and Payment

Subscription Fee: $2,000 per month, subject to adjustments with prior notice from Currents.
Payment Terms: Payment is due in advance on a monthly basis via the Currents Platform.

‍3. Hardware Fulfillment and Return
‍
Delivery: Customer will receive shipment notification after subscription to customer's preferred address.
‍Returns: If the subscription is canceled, Customer shall return the Hardware Bundle to Currents using the provided return materials. Non-returned or damaged hardware will incur additional fees. 

‍4. Use of Hardware Bundle

‍The Hardware Bundle must only be used for its intended purpose as outlined in Currents’ documentation. Customer acknowledges that data collected by the Hardware Bundle is shared with Currents for integration into the Currents Platform and compliance with applicable agreements. 

‍5. Warranty and Support

‍Customer concerns should be brought to the customer's dedicated customer support individual and may be escalated to Currents' hardware partner for swift resolution. Subscribers will have access to a dedicated Currents Customer Success Manager. 

Midtronics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Midtronics will, at our option, repair or replace the unit with a re-manufactured unit. This limited warranty applies only to Midtronics products, and does not cover any other equipment, static damage, water damage, over voltage damage, dropping the unit, or damage resulting from extraneous causes including owner misuse. Midtronics is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty. The warranty is void if owner attempts to disassemble the unit or to modify the cable assembly.

‍6. Term and Termination 

‍The subscription term is month-to-month and maybe canceled by either party at any time with a thirty (30) day notice. 

‍7. Liability 

Currents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Hardware Bundle. 

‍8. Governing Law 

‍This Agreement will be governed bythe laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. 

‍9.  CustomerAcceptance 

‍By clicking accept terms on Currents' platform  below, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
