At Currents, we are committed to ensuring a trustworthy and transparent marketplace for all users. We are here to support buyers and protect their purchases every step of the way.

Buyer Inspection Period:

Upon delivery, buyers have 10 calendar days to inspect their order to confirm that all products are as advertised. During this period, buyers should verify that they received the correct items and that the condition matches the listing description. For example, if a seller advertises a Gen 2 Prius battery but a Gen 1 battery is delivered, or if any expected components are missing, the buyer must notify Currents by filing a claim within this 10-day window. In this scenario, the seller will be responsible for all reverse logistics and the claim process will be managed and mediated by Currents.

Claims Process:

If an item is not as described, missing, or otherwise misrepresented, buyers can file a claim on our platform in the Orders tab. Currents will mediate between the buyer and seller to work toward a fair settlement. Our team is here to make sure that buyers are fully supported and that resolutions are handled professionally and promptly.

Shipping Damage:

In cases where items are damaged during transit, Currents will work with logistics carriers to resolve the issue. We require sellers to provide detailed photos of the items before pickup to document their condition prior to shipment. This ensures that if any damage occurs during shipping, responsibility can be properly assigned to the carrier.
