Included in the Insight Certified subscription are three key components:

xOBD – State of Health Tool

Instantly retrieve battery state of health data from supported vehicles with a plug-and-play OBD interface. This tool makes it easy to assess the quality and value of a battery with real-time insight.

xVT – Touch Voltage Detection Tool

Designed to detect dangerous voltage levels from a safe distance, the xVT ensures that your technicians know when it’s safe to approach or handle a high-voltage pack.

Tablet

Pre-configured and optimized for field use, the rugged tablet comes loaded with all necessary software and interfaces for running diagnostics, capturing data, and reporting results directly from the job site.

Tablet Troubleshooting

1. Ensure the tablet is connected to WiFi. To connect the tablet to WiFi, navigate to the Settings app (click the three vertical lines icon on the bottom right of the tablet), then select WiFi.
2. Ensure the xOBD is connected to the tablet via bluetooth. The xOBD will be synced upon arrival, but if it becomes disconnected, navigate to Settings, then select bluetooth. With the xOBD plugged in to an OBD port, the tablet will recognize the xOBD as a pair-able device.
